Sam Sees Santa Claus, Hardback Book

Sam Sees Santa Claus Hardback

Illustrated by John Keeling

Part of the Sam series

Hardback

Description

This story of Christmas Eve tells of a family and their dog Sam who they adopted from an animal shelter where he had lingered for over one year. After finishing their evening meal, they gathered around the fire to hear Dad tell them that Santa Claus would come down the chimney that night to leave presents. The kids were excited and left out peanut butter cookies and milk for Santa and carrots for his reindeer. Because Sam loved cookies and carrots they asked him not to eat them. He was so tempted to gulp them down after everybody went to bed. It was cold in front of the fireplace where he waited for Santa who came with a clatter in the middle of the night. The next morning when the kids came to the tree to see their presents they noticed that Sam had already received a present. That's when they knew that he got to meet Santa Claus! It was a wonderful Christmas for Sam and his Forever Family.
