Description

British romantic comedy starring Hugh Grant and Tara Fitzgerald.

In 1917, English cartographer Reginald Anson (Grant) manages to offend the entire Welsh village of Ffynnon Garw when he rules that their prized landmark is not a mountain but a hill.

Anson is soon to find, however, that the locals will stop at nothing to defend their honour, and spearheading their efforts is young barmaid Betty (Fitzgerald), who tries to seduce Anson and thus convince him to reverse his ruling.

The cast also includes Colm Meaney, Ian McNeice and Ian Hart.
