When notorious serial killer The Butcher (Vaughn) picks his next victim in high school student Millie (Newton) a strange turn of events causes them to swap bodies.
With The Butcher now in Millie's body and Millie now in The Butcher's, it appears that a high school student is embarking on a killing spree and a middle aged man is trying to stop her.
