Hodding Carter III; author and chef Bill Smith; and artists Bo Bartlett and Welmon Sharlhome.

The introduction is by novelist Michael Malone and the afterword is by anthropologist Jim Peacock, whose Global South concept inspired South Writ Large Magazine and this anthology.
