A little bit about us

Hello! and welcome to The Bookshop North Chingford page!

Come and visit us at The Bookshop, browse the shelves and enjoy the wonderful ambience of this friendly independent bookshop.

We stock quite a variety of categories including a large children's section, anything not in stock can be ordered and arrives mostly next day, if the title is in stock at our suppliers. We can also order Music CD's and DVD's as well as stocking a small range in store along with a small stationery range including greeting cards, gift bags and wrapping papers.

We are expanding our Mind Body and Spirit section so have a varied selection of crystals and stock incense, singing bowls and more! We have regular mind body and spirit evenings at the shop, so if you are interested in attending our evenings, email the shop to be added to our email list to find out what events are going on.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am - 5pm, and Sunday from 10am - 4pm

We will be closed from 25th December until 1st January 2024, returning on Tuesday 2nd January
