Review by Steve55
This is a really simple book. Measuring only a few inches square with around 150 un-numbered pages printed only on one side typically with a handful of words. Each page suggests something small to change your day. Simple, often fun and sometimes rude, the ideas are best illustrated with examples:- toupee spotting, letting someone else solve global warming, smelling flowers, play air guitar, pop bubble-wrap, be thankful your didn't enter politics, the list goes on.It’s fun to follow the suggestions but the real magic happens when you transcend the book and start to create your own. You realise that the day you’d like to have is only ever just a thought away.
